NOTE: The following instructions are based on Outlook 2016. Steps may vary for other versions of the Outlook email program.

1.       To begin with, you will first need to launch the Outlook2016 email program on your computer. Once the email program gets opened on your screen, you will need to click on the File option located on the upper-left menu bar. This will open a menu on your screen.

2.       From the drop-down menu that appears on your screen, you will need to select the Info option. Under Info, you will need to click on the Add Account option. Doing so will direct to the next screen where you will be prompted to enter your Roadrunner email address to add the account.
