·         The emails which will be recovered through the restore request will be added back to the same folder where they were located at the time you choose to restore to. You can check your Trash folder if you are unable to find them after the restoration process gets completed.

 

4.     If Someone Else Deleted Your Email

If you think someone has to access your account and removed the email messages from your account, it is strongly recommended to consider changing your account password right away. Here are the steps to change your account password.

·         Sign in to your Yahoo Mail account on a supported web browser.

·         Once you are logged into your Yahoo Mail account, you will need to click on your Profile Name located near the top-right corner of the page.

·         From the drop-down menu that appears on your screen, you will need to select the Account info option.

·         In the Account info section, you will need to click on the Account security option located in the left-hand side panel.

·         Under the Account security option, you will need to click on the Change password option located on the right-hand side and follow the on-screen prompts.

·         After changing the password of your account, you can follow the instructions provided in step 3 to submit a restore request.
