·         After you are signed in to your Roadrunner email account, click on the “Create New Sub User” option and fill the form that appears on your screen.

·         Once you fill the form with the required information, submit the form, and you are done.

·         Your additional email account will be configured to your Roadrunner email account.

 

2.       When You Can’t Change The Password of your Roadrunner Email Account

If you can’t change the password of your Roadrunner email account, Follow the below-mentioned step-by-step instructions:

·         Go to the Password Reset Tool page on your computer web browser.

·         On the Password Reset Tool page, click on the “I know my email password and I want to change it” option if you remember your password. You will be taken to the Account Management page of your account. Here you will be guided to change your account password.

·         However, if you don’t know the password of your Roadrunner account, you will need to click on the “I don’t know my email password” option. Doing so will prompt you to enter your email address. So, enter your email address in the provided field and follow the on-screen prompts to reset the password.

 

3.      Unable to Send and/or Receive Emails

Note: If you are able to receive emails, but you are unable to send them on your mobile device, it is suggested to use the outgoing SMTP server and port of your phone carrier.

·         Inbound & Outbound User Name: Enter full email address

·         Inbound & Outbound Password: Email Password (same as WebMail)

·         SMTP Server Requires Authentication: Checked

Using these IMAP settings, you can easily configure your Roadrunner email account on different devices. However, if you have configured your account with POP settings, make sure you have entered the information correctly. You can verify your POP settings using the following information.

POP Settings

·         Account Type: POP or POP3

·         Incoming Mail Server: mail.twc.com

·         Incoming Server - POP3 port: 995

·         Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.twc.com

·         Outgoing Server - SMTP port: 587*
