4. Use Blocked Senders List

You can use this feature to block individuals or organizations. Here are the steps:

·         Open Blocked senders and domains option and select the Add option.

·         Next, you will need to type the email address or domain you wish to block and press Enter key on your keyboard.

·         After that, click on the Save button.

5. Create a Rule to Remove Unwanted Email

·         Go to Outlook.com Rules section and select + Add new rule option.

·         As every rule required at least three things – a name, a condition, and an action, you will need to provide this much information. If you want you can also add multiple conditions, actions, and exceptions at each step by selecting Add a condition, Add an action, and Add an exception option.

·         After that, press the Save button.

6. Hide Your Email Address

When posting to a message board, chat room, newsgroup, or other public websites, it is suggested to spell out your complete email address. For example, John AT outlook DOT com. 9. Unsubscribe from Promotions and Newsletters
